Financial fair play: the PSG file will be re-examined by the UEFA Adjudicatory Chamber

"In light of the recent decision of the Club Financial Control Body (CFCB) Chief Investigator to close the investigation into Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Conforama) - which commenced on 01/092017 - the Chairman of the CFCB has decided to send this decision for review by the Adjudicatory Chamber," announced the UEFA financial control body on 03/07/2018.

"This announcement does not prejudge in any way the outcome of the review that will be conducted by the ICFC adjudicating chamber," added UEFA.

"The club has been informed of the Adjudicatory Chamber of the CFCB’s request to review the decision taken by its chamber of investigation on 13/062018 to close the investigation. The club outlines that it has succesfully carried out an important number of transfers in recent days in compliance with the CFBC’s decision and that it will continue, as it has done since 01/09/2017, to provide all information requested by the CFCB and UEFA," stated Paris Saint-Germain on 03/07/2017.
