LaLiga Santander: Betway (betting) becomes the main shirt sponsor of Deportivo Alavés for 2018-2020

Betway, an online sports betting and gambling operator based in Malta, has become the main shirt sponsor of Club Deportivo Alavès (LaLiga Santander) for two seasons (2018-2020), on 04/07/2018.

Betway gains the status of main partner, the first level in the sponsorship hierarchy of the Spanish club. The sports betting and gambling operator succeeds LEA, a Spanish brand of hygiene and shaving products, the main shirt sponsor of Deportivo Alavès since 29/03/2017. LEA has extended its agreement with the Basque club as an official partner (third level) for the 2018-19 season.

Betway also becomes the official "sports betting" partner of Deportivo Alavès and gains visibility on signage at the Campo de fútbol de Mendizorroza (19,840 capacity) and the Ciudad Deportiva José Luis Compañón (the club's training ground), as well as on all the club's communication platforms. The brand logo will also appear on the training and warm-up kits of the Spanish club.
