Liga BBVA: Chinese electronics company Hisense to supply Valencia CF stadium with LED screens

Chinese electronics group, Hisense will supply Valencia CF (Liga BBVA) with LED screens, the club announced on the 02/12/2013. The partnership covers the 2013-14 season.

The Chinese brand will equip the VIP hospitality areas of the Mestalla Stadium (55,000 seats) with LED screens. Hisense will be advertised at the stadium and on the communication media of the club. The company will use Valencia CF's image for its own advertising campaigns.

• The net debt of Valencia CF reached €275.7m on the 16/08/2013
• The club's debt has been reduced by €66m (19%) since 2008
• Valencia CF have been playing at the Mestalla stadium (55,000 seats) since 1923.
  • The club began the construction of the Nou Mestalla in 2007.
  • The work of the stadium stopped in February 2009, for lack of money.
  • €90m are still to be funded to complete the stadium.
  • The capacity of the Nou Mestalla would be reduced to 61,500 seats, against the 75,000 planned in 2005.
