Serie A: Betway (betting) becomes training kit sponsor of AS Roma for 2018-2021

Betway, an online sports betting and gambling operator based in Malta, has become a main global partner of AS Roma (Serie A) for three seasons (2018-2021) on 10/07/2018. The annual value of the agreement is estimated at €5m by Italian media.

This is a first level partnership in the sponsorship hierarchy of the Italian club. As part of the deal, Betway has become the training kit sponsor of AS Roma. The brand will also gain visibility on signage at the Stadio Olimpico (70,000 capacity) and the Trigoria training ground, as well as on the club's communication platforms.

Betway will also benefit from exclusive content produced in collaboration with the digital teams of the Italian club. AS Roma becomes the first Italian club to be sponsored by Betway, which became the main shirt sponsor of two LaLiga Santander clubs; Deportivo Alavès (concluded on 04/07/2018) and Club Deportivo Leganés (concluded on 19/06/2018), for the 2018-2020 cycle.
