1. FSV Mainz 05: AOK (health), shirt sponsor of the youth teams and eSports partner until 2019-20

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland, a regional branch of the German health insurance fund AOK Gesundheitskasse, has become a partner of 1.FSV Mainz 05 (Bundesliga) and its eSports team for a period of two seasons (2018-2020), according to the club on 12/07/2018. "The agreement focuses specifically on the theme of health promotion and prevention."

AOK will become the main shirt sponsor of the U9-U19 youth teams' match and training kits. AOK has the status of premium partner the fourth level in the sponsorship hierarchy of the German club.

"The integration of nutrition and exercise for the young players and their families is the focus. The aim of the joint partnership is also to help reduce social inequality in health care. Above all, children, adolescents and families should be informed and advised on the basis of a healthy lifestyle with the help of AOK as a health partner," said the German club.
