France-Croatia (4-2): Nike "wins" its 2^nd World Cup and presents the 2018 "two stars" France kits

France - Croatia (4-2, 15/07/2018), the final of the 2018 World Cup, allowed the American sports equipment manufacturer Nike to "win" its first World Cup football since the title of Brazil in 2002 (2-0 victory in the final against Germany on 30/06/2002, at the International Stadium Yokohama, Japan).

The final of the 2018 edition was the first in the history of the football World Cup which involved two national teams equipped by Nike. With 10 of the qualified teams under contract, Nike ranked second in the ranking of the most represented equipment manufacturers during the final phase of Russia 2018, behind the German brand adidas (12 teams).

Like the FFF, Nike "won" its second world title on the occasion of the 2018 World Cup, the same figure as Le Coq Sportif and Umbro (see infographic below). This ranking remains dominated by adidas, with five world titles, ahead of the Brazilian brand Athleta (titles of Brazil in 1958, 1962 and 1970).
