West Ham United FC: Basset & Gold (finance) becomes sleeve sponsor and eSports partner for 2018-19

Basset & Gold, a UK-based financial services company, has become the sleeve sponsor and eSports partner of West Ham United FC (Premier League) for the 2018-19 season, according to the club on 13/07/2018. "The partnership will see Basset & Gold's logo featured on the left sleeve of all West Ham United's men's first team, academy and PL2 shirts," said the London club.

As a sleeve sponsor, Basset & Gold is a third level partner in the sponsorship hierarchy of the club. Through this agreement, the brand of the London group B&G Finance Ltd will benefit from marketing opportunities associating the brand with that of the club. "The deal commits the two parties to work together closely to develop local community through activities and charity work as well as fan engagement opportunities for West Ham fans in and around east London (UK)," said the club.

Basset & Gold replaces MRF Tires (Madras Rubber Factory Limited), an Indian tyre manufacturer which became an official partner and sleeve sponsor of West Ham United FC for the 2017-18 season on 08/09/2017.
