FC Bayern: partnerships with Apple Music (streaming) and Beats (headphones) extended until June 2019

Apple Music, a music pay-streaming service from the US technology and content group Apple, and FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga) have extended their "exclusive commercial collaboration" until the end of the 2018-19 season, according to the Bavarian club on 16/07/2018.

Both parties have been collaborating since 30/01/2017. Apple Music has the status of exclusive music service of the Bavarian club. This is Apple Music's only collaboration with a sports entity, other than a professional athlete.

As part of the deal, FC Bayern Munich fans have access to playlists (including those published by the club's players) on the club's website as well as on its official Apple Music page. For example, Apple Music is offering an exclusive playlist ("Welcome to Miami") for FC Bayern's 2018 summer tour of the United States ("Audi Summer Tour 2018", from 23 to 29/07/2018), that will see the 2018 German champions competing versus Juventus FC (in Philadelphia, 25/07/2018) and Manchester City FC (Miami, 28/07/2018), as part of the 2018 US ICC.
