Qatar : Aspire Katara Investment and Infront create joint venture - AspireInfront

Qatar's investment fund, Aspire Katara Investment (AKI), and media and marketing rights agency Infront Sports & Media have announced "a new joint venture to target the growing sports marketing business in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region", on the 09/12/2013.

The company will operate with immediate effect under the name AspireInfront from its new premises in Doha, Qatar. The joint targets, to support further development of domestic sport and to connect the GCC economy to international sports properties and sponsors, were presented at the Doha Goals Forum, on the 09/12/2013.

The first project handled by AspireInfront will be the organisation of the FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga, GER) Training Camp, hosted and presented by German car manufacturer Volkswagen, which is taking place in Qatar in January 2014.
