Brazil 2014: Second phase of ticket sales began on the 8/12/2013

The second phase of ticket sales for the 20th World Cup, held from the 12/06 to 13/07/2014 in Brazil, began on the 08/12/2013 at noon (CET, Central European Time).

Applications can be made on FIFA's ticketing website (www.fifa.com/tickets) until the 30/01/2014 (12:00 CET). All matches are available, except the opening match, Brazil vs Croatia, on the 12/06/2014 in Sao Paulo, and the final on the 13/07/2014 in Rio de Janeiro.

If demand exceeds the number of places available, tickets will be allocated by lottery at the end of the sales period. During the first sales phase (August-November 2013), about 1.1 million tickets were sold. 62% of seats were purchased by Brazilians and 38% by nationals of other countries. Top of these countries were the United States, Australia, England and Argentina.

  • The sale of PMA (Participating Member Associations) tickets is reserved for supporters of the 32 teams participating in the World Cup, and also started on the 08/12/2014 at noon (CET).
  • For every match, 16% of the tickets will be reserved for fans from both teams (8% per team per match).
