ECA: 21^st General Assembly in Split (Croatia) on 10 and 11/09/2018

"The European Club Association (ECA) is hosting its 21^st General Assembly on 10-11/09/2018 at the Hotel Le Meridien Lav in Split, Croatia," announced the ECA on 30/07/2018.

"The General Assembly (bi-annual event) will be followed by a media conference with the ECA chairman at approximately 13:30 on Tuesday, 11/09/2018," added the ECA. The detailed programme and agenda for the plenary session will be announced at a later date, according to the association.

Niclas Carlnén (Malmö FF, SWE), Sergey Fursenko (Zenit St Petersburg, RUS), Raphael Landthaler (SK Rapid Vienna, AUT), Stefan Pantović (Red Star Belgrade, SER) and Vidar Halldorsson (FH Hafnarfjördur, ISL) were elected to the ECA Executive Committee at the previous General Assembly in Rome (ITA) on 27/03/2018. Sweden's Niclas Carlnén replaces Denmark's Anders Horsholt, who resigned on 16/01/2018, for the remainder of the 2017-2019 term. The other four have also been elected until 2019, but as observers.
