eSports: Hertha BSC (Bundesliga) recruits the last two members of its eSports Academy

Hertha BSC (Bundesliga) have recruited Daniel "DieHahn" Brandt (in charge of training) and Elias "EliasN97" Nerlich (captain of the team) closing the recruitment process of its players and coaches integrating the club's eSports Academy, on 30/07/2018.

Following sensational tournaments held in the spring of 2018 in Berlin (GER) involving over 2,100 "gamers" between the ages of 12 and 18, the club has hired three other FIFA 18 football simulation players, namely Kai Bayer. (14), Eren Poyraz (16) and Tom Bismark (16), to join the eSports Academy at Hertha Berlin BSC.

"Hertha BSC will become the first Bundesliga club to form their own eSports Academy, aiming to discover and develop the best FIFA eSport talents in the region," announced the Berlin (GER) club on 24/12/2017. The creation of the Academy was carried out in cooperation with the marketing agency Stark eSports Gmbh.
