Premier League: Turtle Beach (headsets) becomes a partner of Manchester City eSports

Turtle Beach, an American manufacturer of headsets and audio accessories for video games, has become a partner of Manchester City FC's (Premier League) eSports team, according to the club on 01/08/2018. This is the first sponsorship agreement for Manchester City eSports.

"The new partnership will see all Manchester City eSports players using Turtle Beach's Elite line of professional gaming audio equipment, as well as other Turtle Beach gear and accessories. This partnership comes as further development to Manchester City's eSports strategy. The club signed Marcus 'Marcuzo' Jorgensen and Kai 'Deto' Wollin, current PS4 world champion, in the 2017-18 season, who both compete around the world," said the Manchester club.

The Turtle Beach products were worn by the club's players for the first time at the FIFA eWorld Cup at the O2 Arena in London, UK, from Thursday 02 to Saturday 04/08/2018.
