Premier League: Melitta (coffee) upgrades to global partner of Manchester United FC for 2018-19

Melitta, part of Melitta Group and official coffee partner of Manchester United FC (Premier League) has upgraded to become a global partner for the 2018-19 season, according to the club on 03/08/2018. The value of the partnership has not yet been communicated.

The partnership is the second level in the sponsorship hierarchy of Manchester United. Melitta became the first official coffee partner of the club during the 2017-18 season after an agreement signed on 20/11/2017.

"The success of the partnership so far has led to Melitta elevating its partnership with the club from a regional to a global agreement, allowing the coffee giant to further engage with the club’s 659 million global followers. Throughout the 2018-19 season, Melitta plan to create a global initiative which will bring some of the club's most passionate fans to Old Trafford for a VIP experience," said the club.
