eSports: AS Monaco becomes the third Ligue 1 club to launch a team on the Rocket League video game

"The AS Monaco (Ligue 1 Conforama) eSports team is proud to announce its launch of a Rocket League team and the signing of Thomas 'Ekon' Chenel, Anthony 'Porto' Gabriel and Clement 'Yukiss' Pardonche," said the club on 08/08/2018.

"With the recruitment of this new team, AS Monaco eSports continues its expansion by embarking on a fourth game after PES 2018 (from Konami, partner of the club since 19/07/2018), NBA 2K (published by 2K Sport, subsidiary of 2K Games, since 06/04/2018) and GT Sport (since 20/06/2018)," added the club.

AS Monaco is the third Ligue 1 Conforama club to launch a team on Rocket League after Paris Saint-Germain with its partner Webedia (French company specialised in leisure and online entertainment) on 26/09/2017, and FC Nantes on 04/06/2018.
