Premier League: MoPlay (sports betting app) becomes sleeve sponsor of Watford FC from 2018-19

MoPlay, a sports betting and gambling mobile application, has become the sleeve sponsor of Watford FC (Premier League) from 2018-19, according to the club on 08/08/2018. This is a multi-season partnership, the exact duration of which has not been communicated.

MoPlay is owned by Addison Global Limited, an online sports betting and gambling operator, registered and established in Gibraltar. This is a second level agreement in the sponsorship hierarchy of the English club.

As part of the partnership, "Watford FC will be working closely with MoPlay to develop activation initiatives in a range of markets and we look forward to the benefits this will bring the club over the course of the season ahead," said the Premier League club.

Throughout the season, the brand's logo will appear on the club's home shirt sleeve while the application icon will be present on the sleeve of the away shirt. Watford is the second Premier League to partner with MoPlay after Manchester United FC on 06/08/2018.
