Matchday 1 of the 2018-19 Premier League season drew an average of 38,072 spectators per game, from 10 to 12/08/2018. The average fill rate was 98%. The 20 Premier League clubs drew an average of 39,978 spectators per game on Matchday 1 of the 2017-18 season, for a fill rate of nearly 99%.
