Angry Birds: 3 Everton FC players become characters on the game of the club's sleeve sponsor

The Finnish publisher Rovio Entertainment and Everton FC (Premier League) have introduced "three Premier League footballers as playable characters for the first time in its Angry Birds 'Evolution' game," announced the club on 22/08/2018.

The players include English midfielder Theo Walcott, Turkish striker Cenk Tosun and Icelandic midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson "have undergone Angry Birds makeovers to become limited edition 'extra-rare five-star birds', to be available in play from today until Monday 22 to 27/08/2018 in an exclusive transfer window for the Angry Birds 'Evolution' game," added Everton FC.

"The introduction of three new Everton-themed playable characters is a first for the global entertainment company. Each of the three new player-inspired characters will have three unique 'evolutions' based on their personalities and playing styles.
