Bundesliga: Borussia Mönchengladbach voted most family-friendly club in 2018

Borussia Mönchengladbach (Bundesliga) have been voted Germany's most family-friendly Bundesliga club for the sixth consecutive year in 2018, according to the club on 29/08/2018.

Since 2013, Service Value, a German customer relations consultancy, have published a national study every year in collaboration with Goethe University in Frankfurt and the Welt am Sonntag newspaper (Sunday edition of Die Welt) evaluating the customer experience offered by nearly 500 companies, including the majority of the Bundesliga clubs. The study leads to a "Family Experience Score" out of 100 according to eight criteria related to the welcoming of families.

"With 78.3 points, which is exactly 0.3 points more than last year, Borussia Mönchengladbach are once again ahead of all the other Bundesliga clubs evaluated in 2018," said the club.
