"Important discussions have been had about how sport can be used as a bridge for cultures, as well a way to promote peace and fight prejudice," said Sheikh Faisal bin Mubarak Al Thani, CEO of the Doha Goals Forum, at the close of the 2013 edition, on the 11/12/2013, in Doha (QAT).

The 2013 edition of the Doha Goals Forum - a platform for world leaders to create initiatives for global progress through sport - was held at the Aspire Dome in Doha, the capital of Qatar, from the 09 to 11/12/2013.

In addition to the conferences, working groups, and motivation sessions between thirty elite athletes and 400 student ambassadors, the 2013 edition saw the Ministers of Sports Summit, dedicated to integrity in sport, and whose outcomes were included in the roadmap for the 2014 Doha Goals Forum.
