Real Madrid CF: record revenue of €750.9m (+11.3%) and a net profit of €31.2m in 2017-18

Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) posted €750.9m in revenue (excluding proceeds from player transfers) during the 2017-18 fiscal year (from 01/07/2017 to 30/06/2018), or an increase of 11.3% over the 2016-17 fiscal year (€674.6m), according to the club, following a meeting of the Spanish club's board of directors on 06/09/2018.

The €76.3m increase in revenue between the 2016-17 season and the 2017-18 season is the largest recorded by the club from one season to another since the 1999-2000 fiscal year. The validation of the club's 2017-18 accounts will be on the agenda at the ordinary general assembly which will be held on 23/09/2018.

Real Madrid posted an EBITDA of €147.2m on 30/06/2018, up 6.8% year-on-year (€137.8m in 2016-17). The club's net profit for 2017-18 was €31.2m, an increase of 45.9% compared to 2016-17 (€21.4m).

"Revenue forecasts for the 2018-2019 season sit at €752.0m prior to the sale of assets, as well as pre-tax profits of some €43.2m," said Real Madrid CF.
