Spain: LaLiga acquires Futsal League broadcasting rights for its OTT platform LaLiga TV

LaLiga has acquired the broadcasting rights to the Spanish National Futsal League (LNFS) for the 2018-2023 cycle, on 12/09/2018. Each day, one match will be broadcast (Sunday at 13:15 CET) for free on the Spanish leagues OTT platform LaLiga TV.

LaLiga acquired the broadcasting rights to the Liga ASOBAL (handball), for several seasons, starting from the 2018-19 season, on 26/07/2018.

These rights acquisitions and the LaLiga's OTT platform LaLiga TV, are part of the "LaLiga4Sports" project, which aims to highlight the work of 64 Spanish sports federations and the Spanish Paralympic Committee. The project began in October 2015 in the framework of agreements related to the collective marketing of the audiovisual rights of the Spanish first and second divisions, confirmed by the promulgation of the royal decree-law of 30/04/2015.
