"Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Conforama) becomes the first European football club to open an official store in Japan, thanks to an exclusive collaboration with the Edifice department store in Tokyo," announced the club, on 14/09/2018.

"This exceptional opening is part of the club's strategy to develop a network of high-end stores around the world," added Paris Saint-Germain, who previously collaborated with Edifice in 2014 "by offering a range of products for sale, including the club's classic Nike collections, collaborations with designers such as Koché, and a Japanese capsule collection created by Japanese designer Hirofumi Kiyonaga."

"Japan is one of the most forward-thinking countries in the world, so it's crucial for our brand to have a presence in Tokyo, and we plan to open even more spaces in Japan with Edifice in the near future," said Fabien Allègre, director of merchandising and brand diversification at Paris Saint-Germain.
