Premier League: Fulham FC concludes a scholarship partnership with FirstPoint USA

FirstPoint USA, a branch of the UK sports scholarships agency for 15-21 year-olds in the United States, has become the "official University Scholarship partner" of Fulham FC (Premier League), announced the club on 11/09/2018.

"The agency will be working closely with our academy players to try and assist them for life after Fulham. FirstPoint USA help young players find a college in America to assist with not only their academic life, but they will represent their University in the NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association), the most competitive league in America, which feeds into the top tiers of American sports. The creation of a pathway to America will provide an alternative route for those released by the club under our Academy Player Care Initiative," added the London club.

"Soccer in the USA is becoming more and more popular and this combined with the excellent reputation of American Universities makes this opportunity enticing for any young player," said Huw Jennings, Fulham FC academy director.
