The Dutch public broadcaster NOS has acquired the broadcast rights to Holland's qualifying matches for Euro 2016 (France, 10/06 to 10/07/2016)) and the 2018 World Cup (Russia), on the 12/12/2013.

On the same night as Holland's games, NOS will also broadcast a highlights programme featuring other European international qualifying games.

Sport1, the pay-TV channel, will broadcast, meanwhile, a selection of live qualifying matches involving other teams in the European zone (matches every day from Thursday to Tuesday). They will focus on matches that don't feature Holland, as well as broadcasting daily highlights programmes during each evening of the qualifiers.

The rights acquired by NOS and Sport1 cover television, Internet and mobile devices. The acquisitions were made with CAA Eleven, the agency that manages and markets media rights for UEFA's (Union of European Football Associations) international competitions.
