Premier League: Huddersfield Town AFC presents redevelopment plans for the club's training complex

Huddersfield Town AFC (Premier League) have presented plans for the redevelopment of its PPG Canalside training complex, which is expected to be completed for the beginning of the 2020-21 season, according to the club on 10/09/2018. The cost of the investment is estimated at between £15m and £20m (€16.8m - €24.7m on 20/09/2018).

Initially, a new training ground will be created following the recent acquisition of a plot to the northeast of the site by the club. The site will include a new pitch with a "hybrid Desso GrassMaster surface, complete with undersoil heating, high-spec floodlights, and a covered stand for supporters. The second stage will see the creation of a new first team building that includes state-of-the-art facilities for the players, including a hydrotherapy suite, new changing rooms and gymnasiums, medical treatment areas, analysis theatre, a new media suite and office and dining spaces for staff," said Huddersfield Town AFC.
