Formula E: Saudi Arabian Airlines replaces Qatar Airways as official airline partner

Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) has become the "official airline partner" of the ABB FIA Formula E Championship for the 2018-19 season, according to the electric car championship on 25/09/2018. The agreement, which will covers several seasons, also makes the brand the title sponsor of the inaugural edition of the "Saudia Ad Diriyah E-Prix", organised on 15/12/2018 in Saudi Arabia.

Saudia replaces the Qatari airline Qatar Airways, which became an official partner and title sponsor of the Paris and New York ePrix for the 2018 season, on 22/01/2018. Qatar Airways was the title sponsor of the 2017 editions of the Paris and New York ePrix after an agreement signed on 04/05/2017.

• Qatar Airways was the official airline of the first ePrix in Rome (ITA) on 14/04/2018 and then in Berlin (GER) on 19/05/2018.
