Germany: Tag Heuer extends as the official timekeeper of the Bundesliga and 2.Bundesliga

The Swiss watchmaker TAG Heuer has extended its partnership with the DFL from the 2018-19 season, according to the German League on 27/09/2018. TAG Heuer has been the "official timekeeper" of the Bundesliga and 2.Bundesliga since the 2015-16 season after an agreement on 01/08/2015.

Tag Heuer retains its presence on signage and big screens for matches of the two championships, as well as visibility during score announcements on TV broadcasts. The brand also benefits from marketing rights and licenses including the joint presentation of the 'Rookie Award' (see below), as well as the naming rights of the "TAG Heuer Virtuellen Bundesliga" eSports tournament.
