FC Barcelona: projected budget of €960m of revenue in 2018-19, up 5% compared to 2017-18

FC Barcelona (LaLiga Santander) will submit a provisional budget with includes €960m in revenue for the 2018-19 season to its delegates, according to the club on 27/09/2018. This budget, approved by the club's board of directors, must be validated by FC Barcelona delegates at their annual general meeting, scheduled on 20/10/2018.

FC Barcelona is forecasting revenue up 5% over the 2017-18 season (€914m), which would set a new club record. "This is in line with the Strategic Plan to reach €1bn by 2021," said the Catalan club.

Barça plans to reach €929m in expenses in 2018-19, generating an operating profit of €31m and a net profit (after tax) of €11m.

  • The validation of the 2017-18 FC Barcelona accounts of is also on the agenda of the Ordinary General Assembly of Delegates, which will take place at the Palau Blaugrana in Barcelona (ESP) on 20/10/2018
  • The club has not revealed the breakdown of its 2018-19 budget, as of 27/09/2018.
