CAF - Africa Division of FIFPro: a partnership agreement "for the good of African football"

"On Saturday, 29/09/2018, on the sidelines of the CAF Extraordinary Congress in Sharm el Sheikh (EGY), the CAF and FIFPro Africa Division signed a partnership agreement, seven years after the 'Memorandum of Understanding', signed in Khartoum (SDN) in February 2011," stated FIFPro in a press release on 30/09/2018. "This agreement, which binds the parties until 31 December 2023, perfectly reflects the new spirit that animates the constructive relations between two institutions, decided today to engage here with each other with the will, strongly expressed, to work with each other in the best interests of African football," emphasized CAF and the Africa Division of FIFPro.

The keys to the agreement:
• Organize the "CAF-FIFPro Africa Best XI"
• Implement a program to train and educate African youths, men and women, who participate in CAF competitions
• Contribute to the improvement of the working conditions and the well-being of the players
