Paris Saint-Germain - Olympique Lyonnais (5-0), Matchday 9 of the 2018-19 Ligue 1 Conforama season, drew an average of 1.56 million viewers on the pay-TV channel Canal+, on Sunday 07/10/2018 (kick-off at 21:00 CET), according to data from the audience measurement institute Médiamétrie. This is the best audience since the beginning of the 2018-19  Ligue 1 Conforama season.

This figure represented an audience share of 6.7%, which ranked Canal+ fifth in the French television market for prime time on 07/10/2018.

The first match between the two teams last season, at the Parc des Princes (45,000 capacity), drew an average of 1.95 million viewers on Canal+ on 17/09/2017. Audience share: 8.5%

• The Canal+ group broadcasts three games (first three choices) per matchday of the Ligue 1 Conforama over the 2016-2020 cycle. 
  • The Friday night match at 20:45 CET is usually broadcast on Canal+ Sport, while the Saturday match at 17:00 and the Sunday one at 21:00 are broadcast on Canal+.
  • In 2016-17, the Saturday match at 17:00 was broadcast on Canal+ Sport.
