eSports: EA Sports and FIFA release the FIFA 19 Global Series tournement schedule (2018-19)

EA Sports, US publisher of video games, and FIFA have released the 2018-19 schedule for the EA Sports FIFA 19 Global Series on 05/10/2018. This schedule shows an increase in the number of tournaments, with six FUT Champions Cups scheduled for the 2018-19 season versus two in 2017-18, as well as a new competition, the FIFA eNations Cup.

A new "Licensed Qualifier System" has been created "which is led by leading brands PlayStation, Professional Gamers League (PGL) and Gfinity, and involving an anticipated 20 official football league partners such as Bundesliga, Eredivisie, LaLiga Santander, Ligue 1 Conforama, MLS, and the Premier League," said FIFA on 05/10/2018.
