Nations League: France-Germany, 6.69 million viewers in France (M6), 11.69 million in Germany (ARD)

The France - Germany (2-1) 2018-19 Nations League match (League A, Group 1), at the Stade de France (80,000 capacity, Saint-Denis, FRA), drew an average of 6.696 million TV viewers on the free and private TV channel M6, on Tuesday 16/10/2018 (kick-off at 20:45 CET), according to data from the audience measurement institute Médiamétrie.

This figure represented an audience share of 27.3% and gave M6 its best TV audience since the Euro 2016 final, Portugal - France (1-0 a.e.t), on 10/07/2016 (see infographic below).

In Germany, the match drew 11.69 million viewers on the public TV channel ARD (39%). This is the best TV audience for a Germany national team game since the 2018 World Cup.
