The UK's High Court of Justice has ordered the liquidation of the British media rights and marketing agency MP & Silva, on 17/10/2018, following a complaint filed by the FFT (French Tennis Federation) on 10/10/2018.

MP & Silva has failed to make payments to multiple rights holders since the beginning of 2018. The agency, which marketed the media rights of Roland-Garros in Europe (excluding France), since 2012 and until 2021, owes more than £5m (€5.7m) to the French Tennis Federation.

The media rights and marketing agency will now be dissolved and its assets will be used to repay its creditors in accordance with UK law.
