"There are 10-12 big clubs in Europe. In 5-10 years, these 12 clubs will be the same 12 clubs on top of football. Who ultimately wins each year will change, but it will be one of those 12. It's important to have several marquee brands, with the top players, I think this is healthy for football. Each club is going to have to find their niche. Competitive balance has not really worked in MLB and MLS," said Bruce Buck chairman of Chelsea FC (Premier League), on 11/10/2018 during the 2018 Leaders Sport Business Summit, organized at the VIP areas of Stamford Bridge in London (ENG).

"The dream in England is going from Conference (fifth division) to the Premier League (first division). But I don't think this is possible with Financial Fair Play. FFP has pluses and minuses, but it's not possible to do what Chelsea has done in the past 10 years, or what Manchester City has done the past 5 years. This kind of investment is not possible with FFP," added Bruce Buck at Leaders 2018 in London.
