Bundesliga: an average of 25,780 season tickets per club (Dortmund, 55,000), no price above €900

The 18 Bundesliga clubs have an average of 25,780 season ticket holders for the 2018-19 season. This total makes the German league the third in the Top 5, behind LaLiga Santander and the Premier League.

With 55,500 season ticket holders, Borussia Dortmund is the German club with the most in 2018-19, as in 2017-18. The club is fourth in the Top 5, behind three Spanish clubs (FC Barcelona, Real Madrid CF and Club Atletico de Madrid). Only one Bundesliga club, 1. FSV Mainz 05, has less than 15,000 season ticket holders (a record in the Top 5).

FC Schalke 04 is the Bundesliga club with the best season ticket holder/stadium capacity ratio (71%), placing it in 28^th place in the Top 5. This reflects a German specificity: despite the best average attendance in Europe each season, the Bundesliga has an average season ticket holder/stadium capacity ratio of 53%, lower than both LaLiga Santander and the Premier League.
