FIGC: Gabriele Gravina's first federal council meeting in Rome (ITA), on Tuesday 30/10/2018

"As announced yesterday (25/10/2018) by the new president of the Italian Football Federation Gabriele Gravina (elected on 22/10/2018 with 97.2% of the vote), the federal council will meet at the FIGC headquarters in Rome, on Tuesday 30/10/2018 from 11:00 (CET)," announced the Italian Federation on 26/10/2018.

Included among the items on the agenda, in addition to the announcements of the new president, are the election of two vice-presidents (Article 24, paragraph 7 of the FIGC statutes) as well as the "president's committee", composed of the federal president, the first vice-president and three elected members of the federal council so that there are, in total, two representatives from the professional leagues (Lega Serie A, Lega Serie B), one from the amateur leagues (LND) and one representing technical staff - players, coaches, referees - (Article 25, paragraph 1 of the FIGC statutes).

Also on the agenda is the format of the Serie BKT of which nine matchdays of the 2018-19 edition have already been played and, in which 19 clubs participate (versus 22 in 2017-18). The Regional…
