Italy: C. Sibilia (LND) and G. Miccichè (Lega Serie A) elected as vice-presidents of the Federation

Cosimo Sibilia, president of the Italian Amateur Leagues (LND), and Gaetano Miccichè, president of the Lega Serie A, have been unanimously elected as vice-presidents of the Italian Federation, in Rome (ITA) on 30/10/2018, during the federal council's first meeting since the election of Gabriele Gravina as president on 22/10/2018. Having obtained the most votes, Cosimo Sibilia becomes first vice-president of the FIGC.

The election of the "president's committee", composed of the federal president, the first vice-president and three elected members of the federal council so that there are, in total, two representatives from the professional leagues (Lega Serie A, Lega Serie B), one from the amateur leagues (LND) and one representing technical staff - players, coaches, referees - (Article 25, paragraph 1 of the FIGC statutes), has been postponed until a subsequent meeting.
