UEFA: GROW Awards (strategic development assistance program) feted in Riga (LVA) on 31/10/2018

"Months and years of hard work and innovation by UEFA's national associations have been rewarded at the 2018 UEFA GROW Awards in Riga on 31/10/2018," said UEFA on 02/11/2018.

"The aim of the UEFA GROW Awards is to reward and endorse the initiatives and successes of the UEFA member national associations, while also communicating best-practice models from around Europe," added UEFA.

"A record 106 applications had been submitted by 44 national associations across five categories: image, participation, engagement, revenues and women's football marketing. A jury comprising five experts selected the overall winner in each section, while also handing out a creativity and innovation award," said the European confederation.
