LaLiga Santander: adidas to extend with Real Madrid CF for €110/year until 2029-30 (press)

The German equipment manufacturer adidas may extend as the equipment supplier of Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) for an amount estimated at €110m per year over 10 seasons (excluding bonuses and other clauses), or €1.1bn over the 2020-2030 cycle, according to international media outlets on 05/11/2018.

Equipped by adidas since the 1998-99 season, Real Madrid is currently under contract to the German brand until 30/06/2020 for an amount of €42m per season, the second highest value equipment contract of the Spanish league. "With a guaranteed annual income of €110m and other variables depending on merchandising that could bring the figure to €150m, the club would double the annual amount it currently receives from the German company," said the Spanish daily Marca, on 05/11/2018.
