Arsenal: Stan Kroenke to increase stake in the club to 66.85% for 236,000 euros

Stan Kroenke, majority shareholder of Arsenal FC (Premier League) has acquired 13 more shares of the club for 199,000 pounds (236,000 euros), via his company Kroenke Sports Enterprises, on the 13/12/2013.

The American businessman bought 8 shares at € 18,400 (£ 15,500) and 5 shares at € 17,700 (£ 15,000). He now has 41,596 shares, representing 66.85% of the capital of the London club.

Increase of ticket prices for 2014-15:

• Arsenal announced a 3% increase in ticket prices for the 2014-15 season, on the 13/12/2013.
• This has been the third ticket prices increase since the inauguration of the Emirates Stadium in 2006.
• New prices will be announced at subscription renewal in February 2014.
The price for families and groups of young fans (4 to 16 years) will remain unchanged.
• Price: 12 euros in category B and C.
