Coupe de la Ligue BKT: "We want more finals away from Paris in the future" (N. Boy de la Tour, LFP)

"The decision is not yet taken at the level of the board of directors of the League, but perhaps we could return to Paris for one year (for the 2020 final), enough time to launch a new call for applications for the next three years (2021, 2022 and 2023 finals)," stated Nathalie Boy de la Tour, president of the LFP, to News Tank Football about the Coupe de la Ligue BKT, in Lille (FRA) on 14/11/2018.

The president of the French League does not want the 2019 final, scheduled at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy in Villeneuve d'Asq, north of Lille on Saturday, 30/03/2019, to be the last one organized in the provinces outside of Paris: "We want more finals away from Paris in the future. It's really become a characteristic of the Coupe de la Ligue BKT, and it works well, so why not continue?" she stated.
