Vogo: first "Sportech" company IPO on Euronext Growth Paris launched on 15/11/2018

Vogo, a French group specializing in second-screen applications, announced the launch of its IPO "a view to allowing its shares to be traded on Euronext Growth Paris (Mnemonic: ALVGO)", on15/11/2018. This introduction would make Vogo the first "Sportech" company listed on the Paris Stock Exchange.

Via this introduction, Vogo must be able to raise at least €11.3m. "Capital increase of €11.3m by the issuance of new shares offered for subscription, which may be increased to €15.0m in the event of full exercise of the Extension Clause and the Overallotment Option: €6.2m secured in the form of subscription commitments, including €5.1m by redeeming bond debt into new shares backing by emblematic figures in the sports and event management industry, among them Tony Parker (FRA) and GL Events," said Vogo.
