Nations League: Portugal, England, Switzerland and the Netherlands in the finals from 05-09/06/2019

Portugal, England, Switzerland and the Netherlands (thanks to their 2-2 draw versus Germany on 19/11/2018), the winners of the four League A groups, will take part in the first Nations League finals, in Portugal, from 05 to 09/06/2019.

The decision to hold the final tournament in Portugal "is subject to formal appointment by the UEFA Executive Committee at their meeting in Dublin on 03/12/2018. The finals draw will also take place that day," said UEFA on 18/11/2018.

The matches are scheduled to take place at the Estádio do Dragão in Porto and the Estádio D. Afonso Henriques in Guimaraes. The semi-finals will be played on Wednesday 05 and Thursday 06/06/2019, the match for third place and the final will take place on Sunday 09/06/2019.

The four countries that have qualified for the finals will be placed in groups of five teams in the Euro 2020 qualifying draw in Dublin, Ireland, on Sunday 02/12/2018, so as to have two free dates in early June 2019 for the Nations League finals.
