Spain: RFEF and Footters (OTT) sign an agreement for the broadcast of 3^rd and 4^th division matches

The Spanish OTT platform Footters has acquired the rights to broadcast matches in full, of the Segunda B division (Spanish third division) and the Tercera division (Spanish fourth division), from the RFEF on 23/11/2018.

"The collaboration between Footters and the RFEF, agreed in principle for a period of three years, will make it possible to launch an audiovisual product in the short term and generate new revenue for the clubs," announced the Spanish Federation.

"Thanks to this agreement, the matches of the modest Spanish clubs will also be shown on screens for the fans, bringing visibility to the football that until now has not been visible. One of the priorities of the RFEF since the arrival of Luis Rubiales as president is to improve and invest in the development of non-professional football, which is why this agreement has been implemented," said the RFEF.
