LaLiga Santander: collaboration agreement between Deportivo Alavés and Kagoshima United (D3, Japan)

Deportivo Alavés (LaLiga Santander) and Kagoshima United FC (J3 League, Japan's third division) have signed a collaboration agreement that aims "to work with the Japanese club in the development of the first team and their youth structure," announced Alavés on 25/11/2018.

"After a research phase that lasted a year, we have collected information about the Baskonia Group, which is the one that operates Alaves and its environment. Deportivo Alaves applies a high level methodology in the development of young players, as well as analysis of the players' abilities. They also have a multi-sport global network that applies information technology solutions to the sports field and the marketing area," said Kagoshima United, a club founded in 2014 that has recently been promoted to the J2 League (Japan's second division) after finishing seconnd in the J3 League during the 2018 season.
