Club Atlético de Madrid: approval of a provisional budget of €407.8m for the 2018-19 season

"The ordinary general assembly of shareholders of the club has unanimously approved a budget of €407.8m for the 2018-19 season," said Club Atlético de Madrid (LaLiga Santander), on 27/11/2018. This is a record amount in the history of the Spanish club.

The shareholders of the Madrid club also approved the annual accounts for the 2017-18 season. Atlético de Madrid's operating profit thus amounted to €36.7m, compared to €27.7m in 2016-17. Net profit after tax amounted to €4.48m (€4.99m in 2016-17).

"Finally, the general assembly also agreed to renew the office of all the directors whose term of office expired this year, including those of the club's president Enrique Cerezo Torres and CEO Miguel Ángel Gil Marín," concluded Atlético de Madrid.
