Euro 2020: the 10 qualifying groups decided after the draw held in Dublin (IRL) on 02/12/2018

"The ten UEFA Euro 2020 qualifying groups (five groups of five teams and five of six, see below) have been confirmed following the draw in Dublin (IRL) on Sunday," announced UEFA on 02/12/2018 (full calendar available to download). The four countries still participating in the Nations League, England, Netherlands Portugal and Switzerland, were put into groups of five teams (A to D), "to ensure they each have two dates free for the Finals in June (2019)," added UEFA.

The 55 UEFA countries will play qualifying matches from March to November 2019 (none of the 12 host countries qualify automatically). The first two of each of the 10 groups will qualify directly for the finals.

Four places for Euro 2020 will be awarded via playoffs involving 16 national teams in March 2020 (participation in these playoffs is decided by the Nations League).

The final phase of Euro 2020 (24 teams/51 matches) will take place from 12/06 to 12/07/2020 in 12 cities in 12 countries: London, England / Baku, Azerbaijan / Munich, Germany / Rome, Italy / St. Petersburg, Russia / Amsterdam, Netherlands / Bilbao…
