Sweden: AIK Fotboll, the 2018 Swedish champions, launch a lifetime subscription for €18,500

AIK Fotboll (Allsvenskan) have launched the "Eternity Card", which consists of a lifetime subscription to all home games of the 2018 Swedish champions, on 27/11/2018. This subscription will be marketed at the price of 189,100 Swedish krona (referring to the year the club was founded, 1891), or about €18,500 as of 06/12/2018.

"We are proud to welcome a wide variety of people to our stands, whether in terms of age, profession or origin. What brings them together is the community around our football club. In tribute to this passion, we decided to create the 'Eternity' subscription," explained Fredrik Söderberg, marketing director of AIK Fotboll.

The club from the city of Solna, on the outskirts of Stockholm, posted a record average attendance of 23,664 spectators at the Friends Arena (50,622 capacity) during the 2018 season of the Swedish league (played over the calendar year, from April to November), where they finished as champions (19 wins, 10 draws and 1 loss).
