UEFA: Florence Hardouin (FRA), the sole female candidate for the Executive Committee

A member of the UEFA Executive Committee since 03/05/2016, Florence Hardouin (FRA) is the sole candidate for the "female member position on the UEFA Executive Committe", to be elected for a four-year term (2019-2023), announced the European Confederation on 11/12/2018.

Hardouin who also acts as deputy general manager of the FFF is therefore assured of being re-elected at the 43rd Ordinary UEFA Congress in Rome (ITA) on Thursday 07/02/2019.

11 candidates applied for the eight vacant positions (at least one of which is to be occupied by a female) on the UEFA Executive Committee "for four year terms (2019-2023)," said UEFA. The deadline for submitting applications was set by the statutes on 07/12/2018, "two months before the Congress," added UEFA.

10 candidates remain for the seven positions available (see below).
